OraServ operates on a recurring subscription model. By selecting a subscription plan (Monthly or Annually), you agree to pay OraServ the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a Premium upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.
Unless you notify OraServ before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the Billing section of your dashboard.
Except as explicitly outlined below or required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
If you experience a severe technical failure that prevents core usage of the platform for a prolonged period, you may submit a request for a pro-rated service credit to our support team. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of OraServ management.
OraServ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if your account becomes delinquent (e.g., failed credit card charges). We will attempt to notify you via email to update your payment information before suspending your account.
