Whether you are a Business Owner checking metrics on the go, a Dispatcher looking at the schedule from the couch, or a Technician actively executing field routes, everyone should install OraServ on their mobile device.
Instead of searching the App Store, OraServ is built as an ultra-fast Progressive Web App (PWA). By installing it directly from your mobile browser, you receive a full-screen native app experience that updates instantly behind the scenes—meaning you never have to "download an update" from the store again!
How to Install on Apple iOS (iPhone & iPad):
- Open Safari (it must be Safari to install correctly!) and navigate to your OraServ login URL.
- Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom center of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right corner. An OraServ icon will now permanently sit alongside your other apps.
How to Install on Android:
- Open Chrome and navigate to your OraServ login URL.
- A banner will typically pop up asking to Add OraServ to Home screen. Alternatively, tap the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen and follow the prompt.
- Launch the app from your home screen directly into full-screen mode!
Understanding the Global Dashboard
The moment you log into the platform, you are greeted by the Dashboard. This screen provides high-level financial intelligence, making it immediately clear if your business is winning or bleeding cash.
Key Metrics Explained:
- Gross Revenue: A sum of all closed, fully paid invoices year-to-date. This represents actual cash in the bank.
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): (If applicable to your industry) Service contracts or maintenance agreements that bill automatically every single month.
- Outstanding A/R: The total sum of unpaid or past-due invoices across your entire client base. This number is exactly how much money is missing from your bank accounts right now.
- Today's Schedule: An immediate, clear view of exactly how many jobs your dispatchers have scheduled for today and who is assigned to them.
Universal Search & Quick Action
Located at the very top of your application (or by pressing CTRL + K on desktop), the Universal Search bar allows you to query your entire database instantly. Type a phone number, a client's last name, or an Invoice ID to jump directly to that exact record without clicking through three different pages!
